The South Korean Multinational giant, Samsung has recently unveiled one of the newest members of the company’s laptop family. Samsung provided a glimpse and how the laptop looks and works in its recent Unpacked event. The laptop is called Galaxy Book S. One of the most prominent features of the laptop is that it is a thing and light, which makes portability easier.
Samsung won’t launch the Galaxy Book S until September. However, the company did give a glimpse of the hands-on photo of the forthcoming laptop at the recent event. The design of the laptop is up to the mark, but it is time to know how powerful did Samsung make the laptop?
The review of Samsung Galaxy Book S
By the looks of it, the new Book S laptop from Galaxy series boasts a 13-inch screen. In addition to this, the laptop feature Snapdragon 8cx chip. In the meantime, it is essential to note that Lenovo has already debuted a robust prototype laptop with the same processor as the Book S.
The Galaxy Book S price starts at $999 in the USA, and it only comes in LTE paired with Verizon connectivity. The US version will release in mid-September, while the global version will come out in late September, though we don’t have details on pricing or which carriers it will be releasing with the outside of the United States.
The tech geeks are going to have to wait to know the benchmark of the new laptop. Nevertheless, the tech experts suggest that Qualcomm 8cx is the first of its kind and the chipmaker designed it exclusively for computers. The experts also suggest that with 8cx, Snapdragon will finally close the prolonged gap concerning the robust Intel processors.

The Book S runs the cutting-edge Window 10 operating system. On the other hand, it also features a 16:9 13.3-inch touch screen display. As far as the storage option is considered the Book S comes with two variants, 256 GB and 512 GB; which can be expanded to 1TB.
