2023’s year-end nostalgia ride Saba Nayagan is one the most loved films of the year for its lightheartedness and earthy performances. As the film is still running in the theatres, the audience is already eager for the film’s OTT release.
Saba Nayagan as the title suggests is a movie that revolves around a man named Saba who narrates the stories of his heartbreaks with police officers, who had arrested him for public nuisance. And one has to watch the movie to figure out the ‘Nayagan’ part.
Saba Nayagan Cast & Crew
The film features an ensemble cast. Alongside Ashok Selvan who plays the lead role, the film stars Megha Akash, Karthika Muralidharan, and Chandini Chowdary as the female leads. Mayilsamy, Michael Thangadurai, Udumalai Ravi, Tulasi Shivamani, and others will be seen playing supporting characters.
Saba Nayagan is written and directed by debutant C. S. Karthikeyan, who earlier worked as an assistant director to Kamal Haasan in Vishwaroopam and Vishwaroopam II. The film’s music is composed by Leon James. The cinematography is done by Balasubramaniem, Dinesh Purushothaman, and Prabhu Rhagav. The movie is edited by Ganesh Siva.
Saba Nayagan OTT Release Date
As per reports, this coming-of-age drama will be available to stream online on the Aha Tamil OTT platform. Though the official announcement is yet to be made, the film is expected to stream from January 26 on OTT. However, this is just based on online reports and speculation.
