  3. To Whom it may concern: I was at Lowe’s on August 2, 2023, and was buying some flooring. Christ from flooring at 1575 US Hwy 70 Garner, NC 27529 store: 00488 came and asked, can I help you? I said yes, and I explained to him I was looking for some flooring for my deck. He stuck with me and showed me flooring that will be good for my deck. I also told him I had surgery for a hernia. He was so concerned that he lifted all the flooring boxes for me, also he walked with me to the cashier when I paid for the items, then followed me to my car, and loaded them all into my vehicle. He was really a very helpful and nice guy for me and my family. He has excellent customer service. I and my family really appreciate Christ and his dedication to his job and the community he serves. Christ is a really outstanding employee. I wish I can give him a raise. Keep up the good work, Christ. I really appreciate you. I hope your manager reads this message

  4. Every time I would shop at Lowes in Cicero store #2541 to find curtains and hardware, I would find Marilyn working in the aisles or at the counter help with orders. Marilyn has always been helpful when I needed help finding a product or the correct size for my projects in November of 2022.
    Remembering how Marilyns work ethic is, I made sure to work with her on blinds / shades for my new adventure with my home. Marilyn is very organized and honest when asking her question about my concerns. She helped me place an order that I had been nervous to finish in July of 2023, she was great! Thats the kind of person I like to work with on a project at Lowes. I must add Shane in flooring. He is very professional and knowledgeable too.

When I finally got through to someone in the evening (Emma) she was extraordinarily helpful. I had received from others conflicting information about when to expect my appliances. It was enormously frustrating.

  10. I recently purchased a ceiling mount fan and light set up. I was concern about the best type and quality. The sales clerk was named Wes. He was extremely helpful and curious. He took time to answer my questions, explained areas of concern and even helped me with the loading the items in my shopping cart.
    This gentleman represents the highest quality in customer care and concerns. Lowe’s will do well to praise such an employee.

  12. Tina in the nursery department was very helpful explaining the care requirements of several plants native to Florida. There is a wide selection of flowering seasonal and perennial plants. Tina is very knowledgeable. I hope she is working the next time I visit the store. I was there today, 9/15/2023 and my receipt number is 959176 226122 580182. Thank you Tina.

  13. Very, very poor services, you took out bags away, you took cashiers away, you can’t get anyone to help you find a item, you ask someone for help and they don’t know what you talking.
    Hood another store come along so I don’t have to use Lowes anymore

  16. My visit to Lowes in Sanford Maine was outstanding. Bruce is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. He listen to our questions and he knew just what we needed. He brought us right to the product and also suggested some on the clearance section.

    I took the survey at the bottom of my receipt but I could not find a place to give Bruce a 10.

  17. Lowes Odessa Texas. Impossible to find someone to help you at 5pm Thursday night. The 2 different people that I asked, walked away because they were busy. Saw other employees walking around talking to each but no one came to help. Got tired of waiting. Every time I go to but 3 pack of 20x20x1 filters, there are none on the shelf. They are above on the top shelf requiring a list to get them. Again the store is declining as far as being able to get help. Friends have been telling they are having the same problems.

He totally went out of his way to take me to the item I was looking for, was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for, loaded the item on a flat cart, took it to check out for me, then loaded it in

  23. Lowe’s in Simpsonville, SC is very clean and well stocked. Usually I can fins what I’m looking for whenever I go in the store. My most recent visit was for air filters. I couldn’t fine where the main supply was but when I asked one of the employees she directed me. Very nice.
