The film was originally written and directed by Raghava Lawrence. The film was jointly produced by Cape of Good Films, Fox Star Studios, Shabinaa Entertainment, and Tushar Entertainment House Banners.
Tanishk Bagchi, Shahi – Khushi, and Anup Kumar has composed the songs and music for the film, Amar Mohile has given the background score for the film. The cinematography for the film was handled by both- Vetri Palanisamy, and Khush Chhabria while Rajesh G. Pandey has edited the film.

The film Laxmmi Bomb will be directly released on Disney+Hotstar on 9th November 2020. The film was originally supposed to release in theatres in 2020 however, the release got shelved due to the COVID Pandemic.
