Sidharth is seen saying in one of the scenes that Cancer is not a disease anymore but a business these days. Infiltrations in food like making fake drinking water bottles, dangerous wax coatings on fruits and pulses, etc.
The story looks very intriguing with great visuals and amazing performances by Sidharth and Catherine Tresa. Sidharth is seen in an out and out action role after a long time. The actor has been doing softer roles for a while now.
Aruvam also has Kabit Duhan Singh in a negative role. Sathish, Aadukalam Naren, Madhusudhan Rao, Stunt Silva, Elango Kumaravel and Manobala in supporting roles. Catherine Tresa got a meaty role to play after a long time. The actress has been playing glamour roles but with Aruvam she got a great chance to prove herself as an actress.
