The second season it was premiered on the 20th of April 2020 on Fox Entertainment’s FX. The second season’s season finale was wrapped on the 10th of June 2020. Moreover, the season comprised ten episodes that had a runtime of around 22 to 30 minutes each.

FX’s original programming president, Nick Grad, had already given the green light to the third season of What We Did in the Shadows last year on the 22nd of May, 2020.
