Netflix has reportedly dropped Sweet Tooth, a recent addition to the post-apocalyptic genre today. Sweet Tooth is adapted from Vertigo comic and features Jim Mickle as the show’s developer. The series is narrated by non-other than Thanos himself, Josh Brolin.
The series features Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan Downey as executive producers. Will Jeff Lemire’s source material come for a second season. Now the real question about the series is if the final episode would set up the second season.

A while back, Netflix did greenlight Sweet Tooth for a second season. The streaming giant has already made plans to fleshing out new material for the series. Sweet Tooth comic’s narrative spans around 40 issues as there is massive content that can be explored.

They are looking forward to getting the viewership of the first season as it was released today on Netflix.
