But, according to the recent pictures shared on social media, it appears that the production on Outer Banks Season 2 is wrapped at the end of January 2021. The show’s filming was started in September 2020, in their previous location of Charleston, South Carolina, with COVID prevention protocols. Due to the pandemic, the release date of Outer Banks Season 2 is delayed.

As we mentioned, it seems as if production is ended in January. So, it may take few more months for the premiere of Outer Banks Season 2 on Netflix. We can expect the new season in the month of July or August. However, we are not sure about the release date but we will update it as soon as the makers announce it.
