Elite, the name is enough to cause an uproar amongst its fans and admirers not just in Spain but around the world; the series, with the end of every season, left its fans desperate, waiting for the next season. Thus the third season finale has made the fans begging for the fourth season.
Therefore Netflix is coming up with the fourth season of this mind-boggling thriller teen drama series. Nefarious plots, spine-chilling thrills, and dramatic twists are just the disclaimer for the upcoming season 4 of Elite. As season 3 concluded, the hot topic of debate was ‘the murderer of Polo.’
Elite Season 5 Release Date:
The first season was released on October 5th, 2018; it instantly became a hit, with the suspense of the murder of Marina. Then Season 2 unveiled many more secrets, which were released on September, 6th 2019.Then came season 3 onMarch 13th in 2020.
The fourth season’s renewal was announced officially onJuly 20th, 2020.The crew of the film tweeted about the wrapping up of the series onDecember 22, 2020.Since then, the fans have been longingly waiting for its release; the official date of release has not been announced though we can expect it to release in the first half of 2021.

Well, the fans can expect season 4 to have a new cast similar to the English series Skins. Well, half of the cast will remain as it is, while the other half comprising of Ester Exposito (Carla), Danna Paola (Lu), Alvaro Rico (Polo), Mina El Hammani (Nadia), and Jorge Lopez (Valerio) shared a heart aching goodbye, as they are going to be replaced by a new cast.
Thankfully the other half comprising of Itza Escamilla (Samu), Miguel Bernardeau (Guzman), Aron Piper (Ander), Omar Shana (Omar), Claudia Salas (Rebeca), Georginia Amoros (Cayetana) will come-back with a season 4. The new cast involves actors, Manu Dios, Pol Grinch, Carla Diaz, and Martina Cariddi who will play new characters, names of which are yet to be revealed, at Las Encinas. Cameos may be expected by Sergio Momo (Yeray) and Malick (Leiti Sene).
Elite Season 5 Reception
Elite’s writing and execution have been progressive as it is not just a cliched teen drama, a drama that explores different themes and concepts associated with teenagers. The same can be expected from season 4 of the series with more suspense. The structure of the series is a flash-forward story plot with mysterious elements giving it the right kick. Well, the storyline develops in two timelines.
