Moreover, the makers have also revealed that the reason why they have postponed the film is that the production work needs more time than it was previously anticipated. The latest reports are suggesting that KGF 2 will release on the occasion of Independence Day on the 15th of August 2020.

Yash has also revealed that they are not willing to release a potential blockbuster film in a sheer hurry.
