He is a talented but a failed cricketer, who decides to enter into the field of cricket in his late thirties driven by a wish to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfill his son\u2019s wish for an Indian jersey as a gift.<\/p>\n<p>The film is Shahid&#8217;s second Hindi remake of Telugu film where he will play the lead role. First was &#8216;Kabir Singh&#8217;, the remake of Telugu hit &#8216;Arjun Reddy&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not the Hindi remake of Jersey will have the same impact on Shahid\u2019s career as his last super hit Kabir Singh is yet to be noticed.
