The second season of Virgin River is making its way to Netflix this year. When the first season of released there weren’t any trailers of the series when it first premiered on Netflix, yet the series has a great fan following.

The subscribers of Netflix are always in love with small-town dramas which made the series quite popular. The series is adapted from the novel of the same name which is written by Robyn Carr. Sea To Sky Productions ULC is the production house of the web series.

When will Netflix release the Virgin River?

The filming of the series did conclude on the 17th of December 2019 which is three months early than season 1. The filming of the first season concluded back in March 2019.

The speculation concerning the release date suggests that it took nine months to film the series. Another speculation suggests that the reason why filming of the series took time is due to the 2019 Christmas break. The series was going to be available for streaming right before Christmas. The recent speculation suggests that the series will arrive on Netflix around Fall 2020.

The second season comprises of 10 distinctive episodes. The series features Martin Henderson and Alexandra Breckenridge as the lead actors.

In addition to this, the new season will also feature Keith MacKechnie who will portray the role of Nick, Carmel Amit will portray Jamie, Steve Bacic plays Wes, Donald Heng plays George, Thomas Nicholson portrays the role of Leo Cavanagh, and Lane Edwards will portray the role of Sheriff Duncan.
