Vijay Sethupathi’s Tughlaq Durbar to get a direct OTT Release Date?
Tughlaq Durbar starring Vijay Sethupathi, was planned to release in theatres on 14th April 2021. However, it got postponed and was expected to release in May 2021. Due to the increasing COVID cases in India, the theatrical release of many films is skipped. It looks like Vijay Sethupathi’s Tughlaq Durbar has also been added to that list.
While fans are eagerly waiting for this film’s release date, it is reported that finally, makers have decided to release this film on the OTT Platform. According to the sources, the digital rights of this film, Tughlaq Durbar, are owned by Disney+Hotstar. And they also state that the makers are most likely to skip the theatrical release.
If it is true, then Tughlaq Durbar will be released very soon on Disney+Hotstar. This news is, however, not confirmed by the makers. But, they are expected to announce in a few days, and hopefully, they will also confirm the release date of Vijay Sethupathi’s Tughlaq Durbar.

Tughlaq Durbar Cast
Tughlaq Durbar is a political satire drama film directed by debutant Delhi Prasad Deenadayalan. Vijay Sethupathi plays the leading role in this film, whereas Parthiban will be playing a cunning politician role. Both will be against each other in the movie.
Manjima Mohan, Raashi Khanna, Karunakaran, and Samyuktha will be playing prominent roles in this film. Lalit Kumar produces this film under his production banner, Seven Screen Studio.
