  9. Enter your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your SSN (Social Security Number).
  10. Complete the CAPTCHA and click on ‘Next.
  11. Provide additional details such as your mobile number and email address to complete the registration process.
  12. Finally, you have to submit your application for review. Upon successful verification of your account, you will be notified and given online access.
