The fifth season of S.W.A.T. is reportedly revived for both C.B.S. as well as Netflix. The drama first debuted back in 2017, and fans warmly welcome the series with rave reviews and critical acclaim. The series is a modern-day adaptation of the 1975 series featuring the same name.

S.W.A.T. Season 5: Release Date
S.W.A.T.’s season four comprised 18 episodes, and the season concluded in late May 2021. However, the news of the renewal of the fifth season came weeks before the fourth season finale. Fans have already showcased their excitement for the forthcoming episodes fifth season.
The series is one of the most prominent and hit T.V. Series on C.B.S. at writing. Other than S.W.A.T., C.B.S. has also revived two other T.V. Series such as Blue Bloods and N.C.I.S.
The fifth season is due for a release sometime in Autumn 2021; however, there hasn’t been an official release date for the forthcoming season. The new episodes of S.W.A.T. will air on Fridays on the Network.
S.W.A.T. Season 5: Cast
The forthcoming season has already raised several questions related to the fates of the main cast in the series. Jay Harrington portrays even the uncertainty of Deacon. In S.W.A.T., the veteran sergeant had found himself in a tough spot when he stood against the racist cops, and it could bring an end to his career.
Kenny Johnson, who portrays the role of Lucas, is coming back to the fifth season. Further, this will delight the fans. On the other hand, Hondo, played by Shemar Moore, and Victor Tan, played by David Lim, are also most likely to return.
