Bell Bottom, starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, has been a hot topic of discussion since the news of its OTT release went viral. But it looks like the news was not true rather a mere rumor.
Recently, in the official press release, the producers issued a clarification statement that cleared all the air around the OTT release of the film.
The production company, Pooja Entertainment, shared the statement. This section states that the production house will only make all the announcements regarding the film’s release at the right time.
Nobody other than the production company has the right to give any statements regarding the release.
Besides Akshay Kumar, the movie also stars Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta, and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles. This spy-thriller, set in the time of 1980s, is based on true events.
The shooting for the film wrapped up last year in September. 28 May 2021 was the makers’ first choice for the release of the film. But, because of the country’s situation, the release is delayed for now at least.
