Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is an upcoming Hindi language romantic comedy-drama film that features Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar in the lead roles. The film was written and directed by Hitesh Kewalya. The film was produced by Aanand L. Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series banners.
The film also stars Jitendra Kumar, Gajraj Rao, and Neena Gupta along with Khurrana and Bhumi. The film’s shooting completed on 16th December 2019 and the film is scheduled to release on 21st February 2020.
Tanishk Bagchi, Vayu, and Tony Kakkar have scored the background music and composed songs for the film, Chirantan Das handled the cinematography and the film was edited by Ninad Khanolkar.
The makers of the film released the teaser of the film on 9th May 2019. The release date was also revealed along with the teaser. Later, the full cast of the film was released on 19th September 2019.
The film is based on the same-sex marriage concept. This film is a spinoff type of the previous film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan which was released in 2017. Later, the makers of the film released a trailer of the film which got a huge response.
Ayushman who is known for his versatile script selection is coming with this concept after the film Bala which was released in 2019. The film which deals with social problems has done well at the box-office. Now, this film is also expected to perform well at the box-office.
Ayushman Khurana is now busy working for the film Gulabo Sitabo directed by Shoojit Sircar. The film may get competition from another film which is releasing on the same day. We hope the film gets a positive talk from day 1 and does well at the box-office.
