Saaho was a much-awaited Prabhas-Shraddha movie that had a grand opening in the box office followed by a very disappointing collection from day five. The negative talk prevalent against the movie from the second day had taken a toll on its numbers. The film managed to collect a gross amount of 210 Crores in the Box office Records.

Even with the mediocre story and presentation of the movie, the presence of young rebel Prabhas made the film stay afloat. The tremendously successful movies such as Bahubali 1 and 2 marked his dominance. The expectations for Saaho were skyrocketing.
Almost all the collections in the south Indian states was hugely disappointing. There is, however, significant coherence. In Bollywood, the film was running fairly but the release of more compatible movies resulted in the serious downfall in collections there also. Worldwide, the film got over Rs 220 crore and grossed over Rs 420 crore. In all, there was a loss of nearly Rs 50 crore in all areas. 120 crores was the collection in Telugu business.
In the case of overseas, Prabhas effect has proven yet again that it has raised Rs 14 crore in the US and 18% in the rest of the world. The movie, however, broke the predictions such as it will leave all the theatres before 3 weeks. It somehow managed to run for more than 4 weeks.
