Saand Ki Aankh a film directed based on the true story of sharpshooters Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, the two old women of Uttar Pradesh. The director Tushar Hiranandani inspired to direct this film by watching one of the episodes of Satyamev Jayate in which the two old women are interviewed.
Saand Ki Aankh is a Hindi language biographical film. The film stars Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles as the two old women. As well as Prakash Jha with a character called Rattan Singh Tomar. The movie revolves around how the women became sharpshooters and won medals.
Along with Bhumi Pednekar, Taapsee Pannu and Prakash Jha, the film also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Shaad Randhawa, Kuldeep Sareen, Pawan Chopra.
Saand Ki Aankh is produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar under the banners of Reliance entertainment and Chalk and Cheese Films.cinematographer of the film is Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti and edited by Devendra Murdeshwar.

At the beginning of the shooting of the film, the title of the film was named Womaniya with Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee as the lead roles. But due to some issues, the title is changed to Saand Ki Aankh which means Bull’s Eye. The run time of the film is 146 minutes.
