The Railways Recruitment Board did declare the result for the first stage of the CBT exam. The CBT is held to recruit candidates to avail the post of Junior Engineer on the 13th of August. By the looks of it, this is an excellent chance for the students to avail of an engineering job in the government sector.
The candidates have to appear in the second stage of CBT to get closer to the desired job posts. The RRB also said that the second stage of CBT is going to take place from the 28th of August 2019 to the 1st of September. The latest notification comes from the RRB officials.
Criteria to become eligible for RRB JE CBT 2
In order to pass the CBT 1 RRB exams, the students need to have a minimum score of around 40 percent. On the other hand, the candidates with the PWD category with a minimum of 38 percent can appear in the exam. Moreover, the candidates who belong to the SC and OBC background need to have at least 30 percent to become eligible for attending the exam. Furthermore, Schedule Tribe category candidates need a minimum of 25 percent to be eligible for attending the exam.
By the looks of it, this also suggests that clearing the exam is not sufficient. The potential candidates also need to score well in the CBT 1 test. Each state of the country will go through a category-wise score concerning the cut-off. Upon passing the CBT 1 test, the students will become eligible for the CBT 2 test.

Admit card release date and exam pattern
The admit card of the second RRB CBT test will release ten days before the exam will take place. The students can expect the exam to be held by the end of August 2019. The exam will take place for around 120 minutes. Moreover, the officials will provide 40 additional minutes to the students of PwD category.
The exam will feature 150 different questions, and there will be negative marking concerning the exam. The RRB has 13,487 job vacancies.
