PUBG Mobile India Launch Date: Big update which every PUBG fan must know

PlayerUnknown Battleground or PUBG was one of India’s most valued Games until September 2, 2020, when the Indian Government banned it on the grounds of security issues. In November 2020, PUBG Corporation announced that the game would soon be returning with a new avatar as PUBG Mobile India.

Later we also heard that PUBG India Pvt. Ltd. had registered in India with a paid-up capital of Rs 5 lakh. Though an announcement regarding when the game will be officially launching hasn’t been made, PUBG India’s website and social media accounts are carrying a coming soon tag, which is keeping hopes alive.

Has the Indian Government approved PUBG Mobile India?

A popular PUBG mobile creator Luv Sharma or God Nixon, has claimed that the Indian Government has approved PUBG Mobile India. Another pro gamer Abhijeet Andhare also said that the game might be launched in the next two months. But an official announcement hasn’t been made, so as of now, the ban persists.

PUBG India has published another job posting on the LinkedIn profile after six earlier postings for the newly erected PUBG Mobile India subsidiary, which makes it very clear that the corporation is working hard and the game will soon be returning with a bang in 2021

PUBG job listings:

The job postings include senior marketing manager-India, product manager-India, Associated Director, Publishing business operations-India, Video Editor- India, and Investment& Strategy, Analyst-India.

Until Krafton or the Government makes an official announcement, let’s hope that 2021 welcomes PUBG and the gaming fest begins again.
