Pretty Guardian ‘Sailor Moon Eternal’ Parts 1 & 2 will Release on Netflix in June 2021

After nearly 26 years, a new Sailor Moon has been produced, released in two parts. The hit anime series featured its first movie, ‘Sailor Moon SuperS: The 9 Soldiers Unite! Miracle of the Black Dream Hole’. in 1995. Based on the manga series by Naoko Takeuchi, the new Sailor Moon movie is set to be released on Netflix.

Sailor Moon Eternal Release Date

Sailor Moon Eternal is the latest production of the Sailor Moon franchise, which is being released in two parts. The movie was already released in theaters earlier this year in Japan and has since received a warm reception among its fans.

With Netflix acquiring the rights to the movie, fans will be watching Sailor Moon Eternal in two parts. Following the trailer release on Netflix’s official Youtube channel, it is announced that Sailor Moon Eternal will be released worldwide on June 3, 2021.

Sailor Moon Eternal Run-time

Based on the reports following the movie launch in Japan, each part of the movie will have a run-time of 80 minutes. That accounts for a total of 160 minutes for the whole film. This is just exciting for die-hard fans of the Sailor Moon franchise as they rarely get any content out of the franchise.

Sailor Moon Eternal Voice Cast

The voice cast for Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) is Kotono Mitsuishi in Japanese and Stephanie Sheh in English. We will also see many of the characters such as Luna, Tuxedo Mask, Super Sailor Mars, Chibiusa, and much more voiced by artists who are famous for their animated voice-over works.
