It is becoming increasingly important to combat the pandemic novel Coronavirus, hence our Hon’ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi announced on Saturday regarding the Citizen Assistance alongside the PM-CARES aka Emergency Situations Fund. During the announcement, he asked people to come forward to donate money to the account of PM Cares.

Many people across the country are aware of how to make donations for PM Cares Fund; however, it is important to share with people about the ways by which they can make donations to save lives of fellow human beings.

Follow the step-by-step guide of making payment to PM Cares fund through online method of payment:

Step 1: Visit the site:

Step 2: Click on the option namely, ‘Click Here For Donation Details’.

Step 3: There are two ways of making payment:

  • Use the generated QR Code
  • Simply choose the option ‘Click Here For Donation Details’.

Step 4: Check on the box and then click on ‘Proceed.’

Step 5:Choose the option namely ‘Donation’ which is located in the drop-down payment category. Then a form will appear and you can fill the form and then click on ‘Submit’ once the form is filled.

Step 6: You’ll be directed to the ‘Confirmation’ screen. Here, you’d have to confirm your details.

Step 7:You will find a list of payment options. Choose the option which is hassle-free for you. Once you’re done, choose ‘Click Here.’

Step 8: The last and the final step is to complete the payment. You’ll be redirected to another page called ‘Invoice’. Make sure you take a screenshot of that page for future reference.
