The show was renewed for season four even before season three of Outer Banks was out. The makers made this announcement at Netflix’s Poguelandia event on February 18. Ever since the announcement there has been a lot of buzz about the show on the internet. So here is all you need to know about it.
Created by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke, Outer Banks is an action-adventure mystery teen drama set in a community in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The story runs around a conflict between two groups of teenagers in search of a lost treasure.

With season three of the show just being out, it is not fair enough to expect the release date announcement of season four anytime soon. However, going by the production time the first three seasons took, if season four goes on the sets in the next two months we can expect it to stream on Netflix in early 2024.

Well, it is safe to say that everyone who survived in season three will make it to season four. At the end of season 3, the audience is left with a reveal that the OBX crew was honored for discovering El Dorado and everyone carrying on with their regular life after that.
