John Abraham finally knows which genre of films should he choose after a few hits and box-office misses. Abraham decided to feature in the lead role in Parmanu, Satyameva Jayate. By the look of it, both the movies were successful at the box office. Nikhil ‘Advani’s Batla House does feature John Abraham as well as Mrunal Thakur in lead roles.
Batla House released on Independence Day and had a box office clash with Akshay ‘Kumar’s Mission Mangal. However, Batla House did a decent earning in the first couple of days of its release.

On the first day, Batla House garnered around ₹ 14.59 crores whereas on the second day the film made approximately ₹ 13 crores. It is safe to say that in the first couple of days Batla House has made ₹ 27 crores as far as box office collection is concerned.
Batla House revolves around the controversial encounter case where the police officers killed the terrorist in Jamia ‘Nagar’s Batla House. John Abraham portrays the role of ACP Sanjeev Yadav who redeems himself and proves his innocence.
The experts are suggesting that Batla House might earn ₹ 12 crores of box office collection on the third day.

Mission Mangal leads in the box office collection
Time and again, Akshay Kumar proved that he is the real “Khiladi” when it comes to box-office collection. Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vidya Balan, Sharman Joshi, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulkarni are the lead in Jagan Shakti’s Mission Mangal.
The film is based on an aeronautical scientist Rakesh Dhawan’s journey to successfully launching a spaceship to Mars. Mission Mangal went right against Batla House. The most common ground of both films was that they showcased a redefinition of patriotism. However, Mission Mangal has a successful lead in box office collection.
One the first couple of days, Mission Mangal scored a box office collection of ₹ 29.16 Crore and ₹ 17.28 crore. The box office collection of the first and the second day is around 46.44 crore.
Mission Mangal might earn ₹ 23.00 crore, according to the experts in its third day.
