A wife makes a shopping list and reveals it to her husband. That shopping list turns into a huge debate about sexism and racism. The TikTok account goes by Adam and Melinda.
In that shopping list, the wife added the names of the products that her husband should buy, their pricing, and how many he should buy. Their username is @adamxmelinda. Also, Melinda draws the map of the store and some products so that he wouldn’t get lost.
Many viewers wanting to know that the video was real or not. At least Adam x Melinda confirmed that it was indeed fake.
Many viewers thought that it was a joke. Some viewers got issues with and one commented that “I know it’s a joke but after seeing all these TikTok on husbands/dad you have to realize that the bar for them is so low…”
Later on, one TikToker @notwildlin stitched up the original clip from adam and Melinda and discussed this matter. This tiktoker said “Actually, what this husband is doing is exaggerating their own incompetence and exaggerating their own incapability to force the labor that they don’t want to do … onto their partner,” he suggested.
Surely people could understand that the husband was acting. This concept was applied to gender as well as race. This TikToker Claimed that white individuals have so many benefits from society while there are other people of different races who have to work incredibly work hard to achieve something.
This video was totally fake though this debate made some point.
