Kangana Ranaut’s Thalaivi Release Postponed
Thalaivi is one of the most awaited films of this year. The film was all set to release on 23rd April 2021, but now it is postponed. The makers have announced this update on Twitter account and other social media sites.
According to makers, the film’s release is postponed due to the rise in COVID-19 cases and Maharashtra lockdown. Also, they want to release the Thalaivi on the same day in all languages (i.e., Hindi, Telugu & Tamil).
The movie team expects support from the people, as it is very important to follow the precautions and protocols in these COVID times. This news may disappoint a few who are looking forward to the Thalaivi release.
A new release date is not confirmed yet. But the makers will soon make another announcement regarding the movie release. Till then, we have to wait for the official announcement.

Thalaivi’s movie is directed by A. L. Vijay and produced by Vibri Media in collaboration with Karma Media And Entertainment. The film is based on Indian politician Jayalalitha, who was also an actor for a time period.
The National Award winner Kangana Ranaut is playing the character of Jayalalitha. Arvind Swamy will be seen as MGR, who was also an actor and politician. This film was launched officially on the occasion of Jayalalithaa’s birth anniversary.
