A series that began as a coming-of-age story revolving around a young superhero didn’t take long to transform into a gruesome plot with so much violence. ‘Invincible’ seems to have followed the same footsteps as Amazon Prime Video’s other deranged superhero project, ‘The Boys.’
The first season of ‘Invincible’ left fans at the edge of their seats with a gruesome duel between Mark Grayson and his overpowered father, Omni-Man. At death’s door, the teenage superhero was spared his life after Omni-Man’s emotions towards his son prevented him from dealing with the death blow.
Robert Kirkman, the creator of ‘Invincible,’ left no shortage of cliffhangers at the end of the first season, which featured crazy alien invasions and newly risen Earth-bound villains. Fans have ever since been eagerly waiting for some exciting news about the second season, and here are some.

As soon as the first season was released, Amazon Prime Video renewed ‘Invincible’ for a second and third season. According to reports, the team has completed most parts of the initial production works, which bode as good news for fans waiting for the second season.
There has been no official news about the release date of ‘Invincible’ Season 2 as of now, but fans can expect the show to release somewhere around mid-2022.

Following the gruesome slaughter of the Guardians of the Globe by Omni-Man, only a handful of Earth protectors remain in the series. So fans can expect voice casts such as Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and JK Simmons to reprise their roles.
