15th August 1947, marks a remarkable day in the history of India, as it was on this day that India had gained freedom from the British rule. A big celebration event is organized by the government of India at the Rajpath, India Gate in the National Capital, New Delhi where the people of all religions, cultures, and traditions come together to listen to the patriotic speech of our honorable Prime Minister. It is a national holiday when people express their happiness by flying kites, listening to patriotic songs and hoisting the national flag.
