Death Note Season 2 Sequel Details
Death Note is loosely adapted from the Japanese manga of the same name created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. Netflix has released the Death Note on 25th August 2017.
Long back, Director Adam Wingard stated that Netflix had wanted to make at least two films if the response was good enough for the first one. And, in August 2018 it was announced that a sequel was in the works.
Greg Russo was appointed to write the sequel of Death Note. It is reported that Russo has started writing the script for Death Note Season 2 & he said that the sequel will be more faithful to the manga than the first film.

Death Note Season 2 Cast
Death Note follows Light Turner, who is an American high school student & he finds a mysterious supernatural notebook known as the “Death Note”. Whenever someone’s name is written on its pages, they get killed.
