Bangarraju is a supernatural drama film. It is written and directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala. This movie is produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna under the banner of Annapurna Studios and Zee Studios. The film stars Akkineni Nagarjuna, Ramya Krishna, Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty. The music is composed by Anup Rubens. This movie is a sequel to the Soggade Chinni Nayana movie released in 2016. Production work for Bangarraju’s film started in August 2021 and will be completed in December 2021.

The story is about Chinna Bangarraju who continues the legacy of his grandfather Bangarraju as a huge flirt. As we all know about the story that happened in the movie Soggade Chinni Nayana after Bangarraju went back to Narakam, Yama said that he moved to Svargam because of doing good deeds by going down and saving the temple. After a few months, Ramu and Seetha both have a child. Seetha dies after giving birth to the child.
When Chinna Bangarraju grows up, he shares the same qualities as his grandfather. One day Satyabhama Chinna saw Bangarraju with a girl and she suddenly had a heart attack from seeing that incident. She goes to Svargam and sees Bangarraju flirting with other ladies and get scared. And one day Yama and Indra ask the Bangarraju to go to earth and save his grandson and temple and how he saves the temple treasure is the story.
