The film Annaatthe features Superstar Rajinikanth, Keerthi Suresh, Nayantara in the leading roles. It also stars other big actors- Prakash Raj, Meena, and Khushbu Sundar in supporting roles. Kalanidhi Maran, who’s the owner of Sun Pictures, had produced this film. He is collaborating with Rajinikanth again after the film Petta that got released in 2019.
The film is written and directed by Siruthai Siva. D.Imman has composed the original soundtrack and background score for the film; Vetri Palanisamy and Ruben have handled the film’s cinematography and editing, respectively.
Annaatthe Release Date :
The makers have revealed the release date of the film. The film Annaatthe will be releasing worldwide on 04th November 2021 on the occasion of Diwali. The film was initially planned for January 2021 as the last two films of Superstar Rajinikanth got released for Pongal. But the plan got shelved due to the COVID outbreak all over the country.
The film’s shoot got disturbed in the middle due to several issues. In December 2020, the shooting got a pause as the actor Rajinikanth got ill and admitted to hospital while shooting in Hyderabad. The shoot will be resumed from the last week of March 2021 and may finish by the end of April.
At first, several rumors came that the film will get postponed again due to the unfinished schedules, but the makers have put an end to those rumors and told that the movie would get ready by the time of the announced release date.
Annaatthe Movie Story:
Right now, there is no information on the plot of the film. According to the director’s interview, the film will be a complete out and out action thriller. The makers confirmed that Keerthi Suresh would be playing the daughter role of Superstar Rajinikanth, and Nayantara will be acting alongside him.
