The much-awaited magnum opus of the year, Adipurush is all set to grace the film screens across India and worldwide on the 16th of June. At this juncture, we have brought to you all the details you need to know about the film’s OTT and satellite rights.
Adipurush is an epic mythological film based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. It is one of the most ambitious Indian films in recent times made with a budget of 500 crores with a huge star cast and big production backing. The film is shot in 3D simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages.
Adipurush OTT Platform & Release Date
It is reported that the film’s OTT rights and satellite rights are sold for a whopping 250 crores. The OTT rights are bagged by Amazon Prime Video. However, the OTT release date is not announced yet. We can expect the film to stream online in August.

Adipurush features a huge star cast. The film stars Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, Vatsal Sheth as Indrajit, and many other prominent actors playing pivotal characters.
Directed by Om Raut, Adipurush is based on Ramayana written by Valmiki. Produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles, the film will be released in Hindi and Telugu, along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
