Tik Tok fame ‘Fun Bucket’ Bhargav has been arrested by Vizag Police for sexually assaulting a minor girl from Visakhapatnam. The Tik Tok starChippada Bhargavpopularly known as ‘Fun Bucket’ Bhargava on social media is held and charged for raping a 14-year-old minor girl.
Immediately after the release of news in public, people started to link the news with 15-year-old Actress Nithya. The assumptions made were based on the previous popular collaboration of Nithya in “oh my god” videos with ‘Fun Bucket’ Bhargava.
People started to flood social media handles of Actress with messages. Responding to this news the actress has refuted the claim and issued an official statement that she was not in touch with the alleged “Fun Bucket” Bhargava for the last year. The actress showed the location where she is currently shooting. She also appealed to Social media and YouTube channels to delete articles, photos, videos, and news connecting her to the case.
Sexual Assault Case on ‘Fun Bucket’ Bhargava
The family of the 14-year teenager approached Pendurthi Police for filing a rape case against Bhargava. The victim was four months pregnant on the day of the lodging complaint. Other complaints like threatening the survivor with obscene images were also registered. Allegedly ‘Fun Bucket’ Bhargava had allured the victim by offering acting roles in his famous videos.
The accused has been arrested from Hyderabad under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act and Section 376 (punishment for sexual assault), section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman) of the Indian Penal Code of IPC. He has been sent to judicial remand till May 3. The case will be handled by Disha Poice that is specialized in handling crime crimes against women and children in Andhra Pradesh.
