The acclaimed British crime television drama, Toy Boy would soon release its third season. Moreover, the recent announcement suggests that the third season of Top Boy will move from its conventional broadcasting network Channel 4. In addition to this, Top Boy will head straight to Netflix.

For more than six-year, the fans of Top Boy are waiting for the Revival of the series. Now, the fans of the series can finally take a sigh of relief as the series is coming back for its third season run. Now that the wait is almost over, Netflix came forward to announce that it will unveil the third season soon after acquiring Top Boy from the existing network.

When will Netflix release the third season of Top Boy?

According to new sources, the third season of Top Boy would come to the streaming giant’s network in autumn this year. Nevertheless, Netflix is yet to release the precise date of release for the series. The experts suggest that Top Boy will hit Netflix in a couple of months.

The sources close to Netflix said that the third season of Top Boy would feature ten new episodes. On the other hand, the fans can binge-watch the entire series without having to wait for the episodes to come every week.

The trailer and cast of Top Boy

Most of the original cast of the series are going to reprise their roles in the third season. It is an excellent piece of news for the fans of Ashley Walters who would see his character Dushane after a long six gap. Moreover, Sully played by Kano would also make his return as he is Dushane’s partner in crime.

On the other hand, Ashley Thomas will reprise the role of Jermaine. In addition to this, Kadeem Ramsay, Simbi Ajikaw, and Shone Romulus will feature as additional cast members of the series. Top Boy would feature two newcomers, Michael Ward, and David Omoregie.

Back in April 2019, the first promo of Top Boy came into being. Netflix is yet to release the official trailer of the series.
